Eric Mion manages Lewis & Zimmerman Associates' operations, interacting
with clients and subconsultants to ensure that the details of each project
are dealt with fully, including contracts/subcontracts, schedule, logistics,
and the required project documents. He has more than 10 years of project
management, writing and communications management experience.
He has facilitated and acted as assistant facilitator on a number of value engineering and consensus workshops. As an assistant project manager and technical editor, he has interacted with all of LZA's clients on a wide variety of projects.
Mr. Mion is the project manager on an ongoing initiative to achieve
unified design guidance among the Tri-Services (Air Force, Army and
Navy). LZA is managing the effort to achieve consensus among the Services,
and to develop the final design guidelines in DoD's Unified Facilities
Criteria (UFC) format. Eric Mion and LZA have developed 8 new UFC documents.
